Ordering and prices
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 piece for every model on this site. You can start with a single doll and order more once you have checked the quality.
Can I order a single sample first?
Yes. Because the MOQ is 1 piece, a sample order is simply an order for one doll. Use the Request a Sample button and tell us the model and options you want.
How much does a doll cost?
On our Alibaba.com store, half-body torsos start from US$147 and full-size dolls start from US$269. Larger and full-silicone models start from US$1,240 to US$1,460. The final price depends on the model, material, custom options, quantity and shipping, and we confirm it in a written quotation.
What does your quotation include?
The quotation lists the product cost, customization, packaging and any other fees, plus the shipping cost. We can quote shipping as FOB, CIF or door-to-door.
How long is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, the custom options and the order quantity. We state it in your written quotation before you pay.
Can I order through Alibaba.com?
Yes. All models on this site are also listed in our Alibaba.com store (af66666.en.alibaba.com), and you can place the order there if you prefer to use the platform's order system.
Products and materials
Silicone or TPE: what is the difference?
Silicone holds fine detail, resists heat and staining better and is easier to clean, but it costs more. TPE feels softer and costs less, but it is slightly porous, so it needs more careful cleaning and can pick up color from dark clothing. Many retailers stock both to cover two price points.
Which material options do you offer?
Premium platinum-cured silicone or high-grade, soft-touch TPE. Models in our TPE range can be made in either material; tell us which one you need in your inquiry.
Which heights are available?
Half-body torsos are 110 cm. Full-size models on this site include 5 ft (about 152 cm), 158 cm, 163 cm, 165 cm and 168 cm. For custom orders we offer 148 cm (small), 158 cm (medium) and 170 cm (tall).
What is the difference between a full-size doll and a half-body torso?
A full-size doll has a head and a full body. A half-body torso is a 110 cm lower body: it is lighter, easier to store and ship, and has a lower price.
Do the dolls have a skeleton?
Our full-body dolls are built on an internal skeleton with movable joints; for example, our 168 cm tan-skin model is listed with a flexible skeleton and movable joints. Ask us for the skeleton details of the model you want.
Which smart features are available?
Optional heating, voice control, a suction function and implanted hair. Some models already include them, such as our 5 ft smart doll with voice activation and heating and our 110 cm heated torso.
Are the dolls waterproof?
Several models are listed as 100% waterproof, which means the body can be washed. Models with heating or voice features contain electronics: keep the battery and charging port dry and follow the product manual.
Customization and OEM
What can I customize?
Face, height, hair color (black, brown, blonde or pink), nail color for hands and feet (red, pink, nude, black or white), eye color (brown, blue or green), optional smart features and the material. We confirm every choice in your written quotation.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM production, custom packaging design, discreet shipping labels and multilingual product manuals.
Can I see the factory before I order?

Shipping and payment
Which countries do you ship to?
Our main export markets are Western and Northern Europe, North America and Oceania. Recent orders went to Germany, the Czech Republic and Norway.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. We use discreet shipping labels, and custom packaging design is available for private-label orders.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
With FOB or CIF terms, the buyer handles import customs, duties and taxes in the destination country. With a door-to-door quote, we state in the quotation what is included. Check the import rules for adult products in your country before you order.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are stated in your quotation. If you prefer to pay through a platform, you can place the order in our Alibaba.com store.
Care
How do I clean a silicone or TPE doll?
Wash the skin with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, rinse, and pat dry with a soft towel. Do not use alcohol, oil-based products or harsh cleaners. TPE dolls dry best with a light dusting of renewal powder or cornstarch after cleaning.
How should a doll be stored?
Store it clean and dry, out of direct sunlight, lying flat or hanging from a proper neck hook. Avoid dark or printed clothes touching the skin for long periods, because dyes can stain the skin, especially TPE.
