Shipping and Returns

We ship wholesale and sample orders from our factory in Dongguan, China, to wholesale buyers; our main export markets are Western and Northern Europe, North America and Oceania. The MOQ is 1 piece. Lead time depends on the model and the options you choose, and we state it in your written quotation.

Shipping terms

We quote shipping as FOB, CIF or door-to-door. Your quotation states the shipping method, the cost and what is included.

Discreet shipping

We use discreet shipping labels. Custom packaging design is available for private-label orders.

Duties and taxes

With FOB or CIF terms, the buyer handles import customs, duties and taxes in the destination country. With a door-to-door quote, the quotation states what is included. Check the import rules for adult products in your country before you order.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not as ordered, email us at sales@acciowork-1688.com as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item and the packaging. We will agree a solution with you according to your order terms.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back dolls that have been used. Returns of unused items are handled case by case under your order terms. Orders placed through our Alibaba.com store also follow that platform's rules.
