Custom and OEM Dolls: What to Prepare Before You Request a Quote

Start from a model or a reference

The fastest route is to pick a model from our range as the base and tell us what to change. Send the model name or the link from our site, and list the changes one by one.

If you want a design that is not in our range, send reference images and a short description. Our team sculpts prototypes and engineers our own molds in-house, and we tell you in the quotation what we can build for you.

The options to decide

These are the options in our custom order process. Decide each one before you ask for a quote:

• Face: choose from our face options.
• Height: 148 cm (small), 158 cm (medium) or 170 cm (tall).
• Hair color: black, brown, blonde or pink.
• Nail color for hands and feet: red, pink, nude, black or white.
• Eye color: brown, blue or green.
• Smart features (optional): heating, voice control, a suction function and implanted hair.
• Material: premium platinum-cured silicone or high-grade, soft-touch TPE.

One version or several

If you sell in more than one market or at more than one price point, decide whether one specification works everywhere or whether you need versions, for example the same body in TPE and in silicone. List each version separately in your brief, with its own quantity. That way the quotation shows the cost of each version clearly.

Branding and packaging

If you sell under your own brand, say so at the start. We offer OEM and ODM production, custom packaging design, discreet shipping labels and multilingual product manuals. Tell us:

• your brand name, and your logo as vector files;
• whether you need a box designed or will supply finished artwork;
• the languages you need for the product manual;
• any labels or markings your market requires.

Quantity, destination and shipping

Give the quantity for each version, even if it is an estimate, and say whether you plan repeat orders. Models from our range start at 1 piece; for a custom specification, we confirm the minimum quantity in your quotation.

Tell us the destination country and the shipping term you prefer: FOB, CIF or door-to-door. With FOB or CIF, you handle import customs, duties and taxes in your country. With door-to-door, the quotation states what is included.

What the quotation covers

We reply with a written quotation that lists:

• product cost;
• customization;
• packaging;
• other fees;
• the shipping cost on the term you chose.

Lead time and payment

The quotation also states the lead time, which depends on the model, the options and the quantity, and the payment terms. Read both before you confirm, and keep the accepted quotation as the reference for your order.

A brief that works

A good brief fits in one email: base model, material, height, face, hair, eye and nail colors, smart features, branding and packaging needs, quantity per version, destination and shipping term. Add photos where words are not enough. Each missing item usually means another round of questions before you get a price.

For a first custom order, consider a single sample of the exact specification before the full run. It confirms the face, colors and finish on a real unit.
