What we offer
Our private-label services are custom packaging design, discreet shipping labels and multilingual product manuals, alongside OEM and ODM production. You can combine them with any model in our range or with a custom specification built from our options.
You decide how far to take it: your logo on a box designed by us, your own finished artwork, or a full private-label product with your own manual.
Two layers: the shipping label and your brand packaging
Plan your packaging in two layers. The shipping label is what carriers and anyone handling the delivery see; we use discreet shipping labels. Your brand packaging is what your customer sees when they open the delivery, and that is where your custom packaging design does its work.
Decide where your brand should appear and where it should not, and write it into your brief. It is easier to get this right before artwork starts than to change it after.
Files to prepare
Have these ready when you ask for a quote:
- Brand name and logo as vector files, for example AI, EPS, SVG or PDF.
- Brand colors, as Pantone or CMYK references if you have them.
- Text for the box: product name, a short description and your contact details.
- The languages you need for the product manual.
- Your importer name and address, and any other markings your market requires.
- Barcodes, if your retail channel needs them.
If you do not have artwork yet
Our custom packaging design service can start from your logo and brand colors. Send any examples of packaging you like, and describe your customers and your price point, so the design fits the shelf or the online listing where it will sell.
Labelling rules to check in your market
Packaging rules belong to the market where the goods are sold, and they differ by country. Before you finalize artwork, ask your importer, customs broker or a compliance adviser what must appear on the box and in the manual. Common items include the importer's or brand owner's name and address, safety warnings, material information, an adults-only notice and recycling marks.
Do not print safety marks, test claims or other compliance claims on your packaging unless you hold the documents to back them. If you need specific documents for your market, list them in your inquiry so we can confirm them in the quotation.
Manuals and care information
A clear manual protects the product and cuts down after-sales questions. It should cover cleaning, drying, storage, the skeleton and joints, and the battery and charging for smart models. We offer multilingual product manuals, so your customers can read care instructions in their own language, under your brand.
Checklist before you ask for a quote
Run through this list before you send your brief:
- Decide where your brand appears.
- Prepare vector logo files and brand colors.
- List the manual languages you need.
- Confirm market labelling with your adviser.
- State the quantity for each model.
How packaging is quoted
Packaging is its own line in our written quotation, next to product cost, customization and other fees, so you can see what your branding adds. Tell us the quantity you plan, because packaging cost depends on it.
Agree the final artwork in writing before production, and keep a copy with your order.
Send your brand brief and the models you want through our inquiry form, and we will include packaging in your written quotation.
